Our cooperation is based on transparent and comfortable conditions: Price and delivery: the total cost of the product includes free assembly and transportation within the city (from Tbilisi to Tbilisi, from Batumi to Batumi) for purchases over 700 GEL, while in other regions of Georgia, the transportation cost is added depending on the distance. Order modification: in case of order cancellation, the prepaid amount is non- refundable; however, we are ready to assist you in finding an alternative solution. Free storage conditions: the product is stored for the agreed period (the free storage period is 2 months). In case of exceeding this period, the company is no longer responsible for possible damage to the product. Each overdue week is considered an additional service and amounts to 1% of the order value. Please note that exchange or refund of the last stored unit is not possible. Delivery details: please check in advance whether the furniture fits your space and doorways. Changing the furniture model or issuing a refund after delivery is not possible. Transfer of ownership: upon full purchase of the product, ownership and responsibility are fully transferred to you. Quality and Equipment: to avoid damage or loss of parts, it is mandatory to assemble the product on the day of delivery; otherwise, the company is no longer responsible for the assembly. Delivery timeframes: delivery is carried out on the agreed day, within 1/3 business days from the date of purchase. Usage and care: for long-term use of the furniture, proper usage is important. When moving furniture within a space, to avoid damage, it is recommended to move it in a disassembled condition. When transporting furniture, we recommend using the “Belux” company’s “delivery and assembly” service, as the company is no longer responsible for damage caused during self- transportation or independent assembly. In case of no elevator: if there is no freight elevator at the address specified by the customer, carrying each item of the purchased product above the second floor is charged (10 GEL per floor).
